System Improvements
The planned changes to improve the system are now live.
What changes have we made?
- In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have updated the case data requirements to allow experts and MROs to tell us if an examination was conducted remotely. Experts and MRO have been contacted separately about this change and bulk upload users are reminded to use the new CSV file from Saturday 19 September. Read the full announcement here…
- We’ve also made it easier to reaffirm the User Agreement and declare that your Financial Links are up to date. A new How to Guide can be found here…
- New filters to improve the Manage Cases function for Authorised Users have been added. This will help users find and view existing Cases. Search result can also be downloaded.
- Finally, we’ve changed the way in which the DME search radius works. Previously, a search radius looked at the distance between a claimant postcode and an expert’s practising address “as the crow files”. This may have lead to claimants having to travel further than requested in the search. Now the radius will be based on road miles meaning travel distances to experts practising addresses is more accurate.
